Members call you personally. Send WhatsApp messages. Stop you after Friday prayer. Good questions and ideas get lost because there's no system to capture them.

With Requests, members can submit a message in the app — category (question/request/complaint/idea), explanation, optional attachments. You see everything in one inbox, assign to board members, set status (new/in progress/completed), respond when you want.

Members automatically receive a notification when their request is handled. Transparency that builds trust.

Frequently asked questions

About Requests to board

Do other members see my request?
No, not by default. Only the board sees it. Optionally a request can become public (like an idea that has been positively assessed) — with the submitter's permission.
Can members submit anonymously?
Yes. For each request the submitter chooses whether their name is visible. Anonymous requests are handled with nuance.
What if we don't get a response from the board?
Escalation rules: after 7 days the mosque admin receives a notification for requests without status update. Nothing remains unanswered.
Are there spam controls?
Yes, rate-limit per member (3 requests per week by default), plus AI spam filter. Spam-suspicious submissions go into a separate quarantine.

Give your members an official voice.

Organized, respectful, productive. On Professional plan.
