Reserve and pay in advance.
Eid al-Adha comes round every year — and every year the mosque arranges the sheep via WhatsApp, notes and loose amounts. With Khutba World you set up one campaign (50 sheep, €350 each, deadline 1 May), members reserve and pay in advance. The system tracks stock. Done.
For Eid al-Adha the mosque needs to know in time how many sheep are needed. But in practice it's chaos every year. Members reserve via a note, pay in advance or afterwards, lose track of who paid what.
With Khutba World the board sets up one campaign per year: title, price, optional limited stock (50 sheep — first come first served), deadline. Members reserve in the app and pay directly via iDEAL, Tikkie or cash. Unpaid reservations expire automatically after 72 hours — slot becomes available for the next person.
In the dashboard the board sees per member: status, payment method, amount, receipt. Also handy for the board: upload photo of paper proof for cash payments for extra audit trail.
One system for the entire Eid cycle
From first reservation to distributing the meat — everything in one place.
Stock tracking
Set aside 50 sheep, system tracks it. Unpaid reservations expire after X hours — slot available.
iDEAL, Tikkie, Cash
Member chooses how to pay. Board marks cash in dashboard, all methods deliver same receipt.
Deadline timer
Reservation deadline for registration + payment deadline per reservation. Both automatic.
Audit trail per slaughter
Who paid what, who received the cash, who collected the meat — all recorded.
Fair, in advance, without notes.
An active campaign in the dashboard — board sees everything at a glance.
