How do I create an account?
Go to /register, enter your e-mail address and password and you'll be set up instantly. You don't need a credit card for the free version.
How do I connect to my mosque?
Open the app, go to the Live tab and select your mosque from the list. Is your mosque not yet there? Ask the board to contact us.
Which languages are supported?
We currently support 32 languages, including Dutch, English, Turkish, Moroccan Arabic, Urdu, Indonesian, Somali, Swahili, French, German and many others.
Does the app work offline?
Knowledge base (stories, wisdom, Quran) is partly available offline after first use. Live translations require an active internet connection.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Profile → Subscription → Cancel. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current payment period. You will keep access to premium until that date.
I forgot my password
On the login page, click on 'Forgot password?'. You will receive an e-mail with a reset link. Didn't receive an e-mail? Check your spam folder or contact support.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Account → Delete account. All data will be deleted within 30 days. See our privacy policy for details.
The app crashes or does not work properly
First, try closing and reopening the app completely. Still not working? Send an email to support@khutba.world with your device type and a description of the problem.
